Choose from a variety of affordable, scenic parks for a natural setting for your special event, family reunion, picnic, or corporate function. All shelters include picnic tables and nearby toilets, recreation opportunities. Some include electricity and hot coal cans.

Residents include individuals, affiliates, businesses, and non‐profit organizations within the boundaries of the Carol Stream Park District. Non‐profit organizations include church groups, scout groups, veterans groups, and community organizations.
Shelters are available for rent from April 1 – October 31.

Consider this private play area for your next rental or birthday party! A fenced-in playground is located on the west side of the Simkus Recreation Center. A large multi-age play structure is surrounded by a pour-in-place rubber surface that mimics a little roadway. Included in the play area is a 20-yard artificial turf field for open play and small sports programs. The surface and amenities are designed to offer greater mobility for all visitors.

Hourly Cost: $125 residents per hour / $145 non-residents per hour

Exclusive use of the entire course, Coyote Hideout, and unlimited golfing for you and your guests! Private rentals give you exclusive use of the entire park for 100 people! Bring in your own food, or choose from one of our affordable food packages. No outside alcohol may be brought in.
Reserve your own party area just for you and your guests to use! Roomy outdoor pavilion with 6 8-person picnic tables, firepit with chairs and lawn games. Coyote Reserve space for as many hours as you want to stay and play! Group outing discount available.

**No outside food or beverage may be brought in. Food packages are available with party area rental, and must be ordered through the Carol Stream Park District a minimum of seven days prior to the scheduled party. There is no refund for
extra food and beverage items. You may bring in cupcakes, a cake or prepackaged desserts with party area rental. No other outside food is permitted.
