ePACT is a secure health and safety network that allows you to submit emergency contact and health information electronically. ePACT is also a communication tool to contact you with important alerts regarding your child’s program.

After you register, you’ll receive an email invitation that guides you through a few quick steps to set up your account and share your child’s information with us.
Within the email, click ‘Complete Request’ to create a free account or log-in if you already have an existing ePACT account.
Enter the required information and share it with us so that program staff have access.
All information must be completed before your child can begin participation.
You can make updates within ePACT at any time. We no longer have paper forms and staff can only view your child’s emergency information via this software.
If you received ePACT invitations through multiple household emails, contact our registration team so that we can update the emails linked to your children within our registration software.

A recent photo of your child is required to complete your ePACT information. This photo is used in the event of an emergency.
As always, our staff verify the person signing your child out is a parent, guardian, emergency contact, or authorized pick-up. Upload the names and a clear, recent photo of anyone who may pick your child up to make our sign-out process as quick as possible. Without a photo in ePACT, a photo ID with the pick-up person’s name is required.
You can now use a QR code to sign your child out quickly. Add a shortcut to your phone’s home screen. No photo ID is required!
We send emergency notices and important reminders via text. Add and verify your mobile number so you never miss an update.
You can update your information, emergency contacts, and authorized pick-ups anytime and we automatically receive your new details. No paper forms to update.
With ePACT, you only need to complete your child’s information once. The same record can be used for other programs and in subsequent years. Siblings are also linked, so your household information only needs to be inputted once.
Our check in/check-out process is more efficient.
You’ll no longer need to print out registration packets or worry about if your handwriting is legible. We won’t need to copy and file your paper emergency forms. Eliminating paper forms represents our commitment to environmental conservation.
Moving to a digital emergency information network ensures that your information is safe and secure. ePACT maintains the same levels of security as online banking and limits access only to the administrators we assign for enhanced privacy.
