Awesome Adventure Camp

Recital dance classes run from September through May. For ages 2-18, classes include Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop and Tap. Dancers perform in the December Holiday Dance Showcase and the May Dance Recital.

Fortè Dance Company is a competitive year-round dance program for ages 8-17 that focuses on Hip Hop, Jazz, and Ballet. Dancers perform at local community events, the Holiday Dance Showcase, and the spring Dance Recital. Near the end of the season, all companies participate in a recreational competition.

The Preschool program annually accommodates 140 participants. Children ages 21/2 to 4 years are introduced to the school environment and work on developing their social, emotional and intellectual skills. Instructional swim programs boast over 1,000 registrants, while 50 swim athletes compete on the Carol Stream Dolphins Swim Team. Winter or Summer program includes a 7-week season with weekly swim meets. A large all-team conference may be held at the end of the summer season, locations vary.

The Carol Stream Park District proudly presents its popular theatre program for kids in grades K-10. We’ve grown to four performances, two casts, twice a year! We’ve amazed parents, friends and guests with acting, dance and song in a repertoire that includes Disney’s Mary Poppins, Lion King, Seussical, Aladdin, Mulan, High School Musical, Frozen and more! The Softball All Star tournaments bring intervillage teams from neighboring suburbs to complete in a 1-day tournament, approximately 400 participants annually.
