NO ENROLLMENT FEES!

Companies sign up with as little as five employees to start saving. Employee pay for their membership on a monthly basis via an automatic payment plan. Contact Shellie Dodd-Bell at workout@csparks.org for more details.

Completed membership agreements, company ID, and personal ID are required at the first visit. Employee family members may be added to employees membership account for an additional $24 per month.  Family Members are required to show household proof of residency.

Terms and Conditions

• Companies need 5 employees in order to qualify for a Corporate Membership.
• Companies must provide employee ineligibility by the 15th of each month.
• Each employee is required to fill out a membership agreement.
• Each Corporate Member is entitled to add additional family members at $24 a month. The additional member must reside in the same household, proof of residency is required and also a membership agreement needs to be signed.
• Companies must complete a termination form to cancel Corporate Membership Agreements and require 15 days advanced notice.
