Group Training fitness classes offer targeted workouts designed to meet specific fitness goals. These fee-based sessions cater to participants with diverse needs and will have a smaller class size to offer more individualized instruction. These classes are open to members and nonmembers.
Youth fitness programs, like Strength Academy, offer specialized training tailored to young athletes, focusing on skills development and injury prevention.
Membership is not required. Linked programs are open for registration.
Participants will learn principles of stretching and mobility with an understanding of anatomy and physiology as they relate to their body. Through demonstrations and practice, participants will learn dynamic warm-up routines, stretching techniques, and mobility exercises tailored specifically for the active lifestyle.
Keep yourself safe by learning how to strengthen and activate muscles key to your balance! Learn how to align posture and joints to prevent injury. Practice “safe fall” techniques and how to get back up again! Wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes. Chairs, mats and other equipment will be used in class.
Personal Trainer led program for all fitness levels to learn how to use Interval Training to improve fitness and promote weight loss.
Step into our dynamic Mommy & Me Stroller Fitness class that is a perfect blend of fitness and fun designed for parents and their little ones! Led by our trained instructors, each session combines cardio bursts, strength training, and core-strengthening moves.
Whether it’s your first 5k or you want to improve your running time, this program will prepare you for your next race. Each session with our trainer includes cardio, strength and core training to help you become a stronger runner.
Participants will learn and practice proper poster and stride with group walks led by an experienced personal trainer. Individual assessments for gait, joint range of motion, and posture will be made. Strength Training will focus on improvements determined during assessment.
Weight Training 101 will introduce participants to the fundamentals of strength training, empowering them to build strength and enhance overall fitness levels using plates, bars, and dumbbells correctly and effectively.
Weight Training Progressions will assist participants to progress past the fundamentals of strength training, empowering them to push their limits further to build strength and enhance overall fitness levels using plates, bars, and dumbbells correctly and effectively.

Youth strength training with Blackline Athletic consists of a strength equipment introduction with instruction on proper form and technique to prevent injury. Participants will utilize the indoor turf at Fountain View Fitness to jump, flip, and slam their way to a stronger self.
