“FULLY VACCINATED” means any individual 14 days after a full course of FDA-approved COVID-19 Vaccination.
Facial coverings remain mandatory if not fully vaccinated.
Continue to observe social distancing of at least 6 feet whenever possible.
By entering our facilities without a face covering, you truthfully attest to being fully vaccinated.
