The Carol Stream Park District announces Brian Kucharski as Division Manager of Fitness and Aquatics. Brian joins the Carol Stream Park District and Fountain View Fitness Center after having spent the last 11 years at the Itasca Park District. Four of those years were spent as the Fitness Manager for the district overseeing facility operations, personal training, as well as group fitness. Throughout his career, Brian has prided himself in building relationships with community members and local businesses.
Brian received his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Elmhurst College. In addition to his degree Brian has continued his educational endeavors by becoming a certified personal trainer, a certified CPR/AED instructor, and most recently obtaining his CPRP (Certified Park and Recreation Professional). Brian is excited to work with his fellow colleagues and Board of Commissioners to promote all things health and wellness to the community of Carol Stream.
Brian just helped the district in a social media challenge called #See10Do10. He has an unusual way of doing push-ups.
