Due to the nature of the program, we do not accept coach or carpool requests. The only requests honored are mutual friendship requests. This request form is the only form honored.
These requests are only accepted for tee ball players, 8U baseball players, 8U softball players, instructional (U6) and U8 soccer players, Pre/K, and 1-2 grade basketball. All other requests are not honored.
Exception: Summer Basketball League, and 3v3 Soccer
Only one request granted per player.
The request must be mutual. A parent or guardian both players must fill out a request form and must request each other’s child.
Coaches are not allowed requests unless paired with another coach.
